No racism involved, sports minister and Maimane to apologise?

The independent investigation into the Ashwin Willemse incident found that there was no evidence of racism involved to justify Ashwin Willemse on air rant and walk out of studio.

Nick Mallett and Naas Botha will resume their duties. It is uncertain where Willemse will fit in in future.

Hardly suprising. We all knew that was the case. The “racism” existed in Willemse’s own imagination.

Therefore, Front National now asks the following:

That Willemse, whose conduct brought the public profile of two reputable men into question, be suspended from any further appearance on Television and that he will be subjected to a disciplinary action.

That the Minister of Sports issue a public apology for her attack on Botha and Mallet, or admit that she was biased in her own conduct and tender her resignation.

That the Democratic Alliance launch an investigation into the equally biased and racist statement by Mmusi Maimane and demand a public apology from him, or an admission that he was biased followed by a voluntary resignation.

Neither the Minister, nor Mmusi Maimane can be regarded as reliable political leaders if they refuse to admit their subjective and unacceptable behaviour following the incident.
