Nampak is working on a group restructuring which can lead to major job losses as the company plans to expand its business overseas.
What is strange is that Nampak is working on the restructuring with the services of Bain and Co which is already in troubled waters with their involvement with SARS and Tom Monyane.
The ANC president, Cyril Ramaphosa, has undertaken to eradicate corruption and the South African people are waiting to see if he is going to act especially because job creation is one of his big promises.
