Police are in pursuit of suspects following an incident whereby two suspects allegedly robbed a certain Jewellery shop at gunpoint in Nelspruit on Thursday, 11 April 2024 at about 10:30.

According to information at police disposal, two suspects are said to have stormed into the shop, pointed employees with firearms and demanded cash. They then instructed employees to open the safe.

It was during this time when they robbed the employees of jewellery, cellphones as well as an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the scene.

A case of business robbery has since been opened at Nelspruit Police Station.

No arrest has been made as yet however police investigation continues and the public is urged to come forward with any information about the suspects.
