A farm attack in Moseley, Barberton on Saturday, April 8, left one dead and others traumatized.
Five suspects, three armed with guns gained access to the residence while three people were inside the home. A scuffle ensued, and one of the residents Pieter Jan van Es (55) was stabbed with a sharp object and later died from the injuries. The other two victims were not hurt during the incident.
The suspects fled with valuable household items including a television set, and a Chevrolet Utility pickup truck, with a white canopy.
The police and community security responded to the incident.
An investigation is ongoing, and the suspects are still at large.
