The Organised Crime Unit of the Hawks in Middelburg, Secunda and Mpumalanga together with Ermelo Crime Intelligence officers have arrested a Cape Town man with 38 bags of heroin, valued at R38 million on Wednesday 4 May 2016.
The officers were acting on information about a suspicious vehicle transporting drugs through the Oshoek Port of Entry.
The 33-year-old man was stopped at Middelburg and the drugs were found inside his vehicle.
