On Friday, January 20, reports of individuals measuring plots of land outside Carolina, Mpumalanga province emerged.
An airport outside Carolina that is not operational was targeted and although a temporary interdict was issued, the individuals continued to measure out plots of land and cleaning up in the process.
While the process was ongoing, there was no police presence in the area.
