Former Branch Commander of Dientjie SAPS, Warrant Officer France Khoza pleaded guilty on charges of fraud and corruption.
The former branch commander of Dientjie SAPS, Warrant Officer France Khoza is reported to have colluded with Sylvia Mohlala (mother of Ralph Mabunele) to defraud RAF after an accident that occurred at Hlabekisa.
It was reported that Ralph Mabunele was driving a VW Polo that overturned with four passengers, and he had no driver’s license.
W/O Khoza allegedly made an agreement with Mohlala to swop Mabunele, the real driver with Neclous Shebu as the driver of the VW Polo with the intention of lodging a claim with the Road Accident Fund.
Khoza’s case was postponed to 21 June 2023 for sentencing.
