Police at Delmas, are looking for suspects who attacked farm workers at a farm on 24 June 2019, at about 19:00. According to information at police disposal, three workers were in their living quarters when suddenly, six armed men stormed in and started assaulting them. They proceeded to the farm owner’s house as they (farm owner and family) were on vacation. The suspects broke a window and forced the burglar proof open while others continued assaulting the workers.

The attackers went to a storeroom where they broke the door open and took a lot of tools. In the farmhouse they took amongst other things, computers, televisions, radio, as well as two firearms before fleeing the scene, leaving the victims tied up with cable ties. They however managed to free themselves and called for help.
