A farm attack took place on 1 September 2019, in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. A female victim was surprised on her farm and attacked. The suspects attempted to strangle her during the assault. Fortunately a family member then walked in on the attack, causing the attackers to flee. A panga and knife were found left at the the scene, the woman was taken to hospital.
There have been no arrests made. Police are investigating. There is no other information available at this stage.
