A farm attack took place at Petra Lodge near Peebles, on the night of 23 May 2020, at 22:30 in the White River area of Nelspruit, Mpumalanga province of South Africa. A man was attacked and assaulted by three attackers when he went outside to investigate a noise. The attackers strangled him and dragged him towards the house.
The man managed to break free whilst calling desperately for help. His neighbors responded immediately causing the attackers to flee with only his vehicle and gate keys.
