A 26-year-old suspect is expected to appear before the Delmas Magistrate’s Court after he was arrested by Middelburg based Serious Organised Crime Investigation, Head Office Crime Intelligence, Middelburg K9 Unit and Delmas SAPS for dealing and peddling drugs in Delmas.
Information was received about a person who was dealing and selling drugs around Delmas policing area. The information was brought before court and a search warrant was authorised and a disruptive operation was executed in the early hours of Thursday, 19 May 2022 at Delmas.
The team proceeded to the identified address where the suspect was searched and the following drugs were found and seized for further investigation:
21× Rock Cocaine valued R9450.00
26× Pinches of Heroine valued R6500.00
17402 Grams of dagga valued R696 080.00
Cash to the amount of R3 3016.80
The suspect will appear before the Delmas Magistrate court on Friday, 20 May 2022. Investigation continues.
