A 35-years-old suspect was arrested by members of Crime Intelligence Mpumalanga and Tactical Response Team on 24 November 2021 for murder and attempted murder of police officials.
Information was received about the whereabouts of the suspect who was wanted for outstanding case of murder and attempted murder of police officials which took place in August 2021 at Tonga Policing area.
The suspect is also linked to the following cases:
Kabokweni -Cash In transit which happened in April 2021,
Tonga – Armed robbery which happened in December 2020,
Barberton murder which happened in October 2020,
Mhala-Bussiness robbery which happened in October 2020
And Acornhoek business robbery which happened in October 2020.
The suspect will appear before Tonga Magistrate Court on Thursday, 25 November 2021.
