It seems that parliamentarians receive too much money from too many people as 42 members in this financial year could not submit their reports on time.
This means that a complaints procedure must be instituted.
What is strange, however, is that the cut off date was September 2017 and as at June 2018 there has been no action taken against the members.
Literacy can also be the problem as it has already been reported that counselors can not read or write and that highlights the suspicion that this may be the case with some MPs as well.
