Will the new head of state, Cyril Ramaphosa, begin a cabinet cleaning process.
Political observers say that if Ramaphosa wants to keep his word in order for corruption to be addressed, it would mean that ministers involved with the Guptas heads should roll.
Four ministers are immediately at risk, namely Nomvula Mokonyane, Bathabile Dlamini, Mosebenzi Zwane and Des van Rooyen.
Pravin Gordhan, Lindiwe Sisulu and Zwele Mkhize may well be called back in.
Initial reports indicated that Nkosazana Zuma wants to retire, but she denied it vehemently and said she will not give up. Now her name has also been mentioned as a minister that will keep the Zuma faction happy.
Meanwhile, the EFF has demanded that Ace Magashule’s head should also roll.
