The Deputy Minister of Public Enterprises, Ben Martins, is another one who refuses to answer any questions asked by the parliamentary portfolio committee.
According to Martins, a written submission is sufficient.
He will now be summoned to testify.
Ajay Gupta’s lawyers asked the committee to provide a list of questions that Ajay would have to answer if he should be called to testify.
