Can you believe it? Julius Malema blames the fact that he lost five court cases in a row against Afriforum on the “incompetence of black lawyers!”
EFF leader Julius Malema told eNCA’s Vuyo Mvoko on Thursday, 15 November 2018, that their humiliating legal losses to Afrikaner lobby group AfriForum this week were as a result of “incompetent” lawyers.
“The mistake we made as the EFF is to hire incompetent people who lack professionalism, who are not in a position to follow up matters before court in detail,” Malema said, adding that the party had now restructured their legal team.
“People call themselves lawyers, people call themselves black lawyers and they want to be empowered in the name of black lawyers even when they are are offering me joke (sic),” he continued.
And we thought he was the one who stated that only black lawyers should be used. Oh by the way, you nasty little racist, isn’t adv Dali Mpofu, one of your party leaders, also a black lawyer? No, heavens knows, a boss like you, nobody wants.
You get what you want and then implicitly admit that the white lawyer is more competent. So how do you want it then?
