Mainstream media, why let the facts spoil a good story?

The mainstream media in SA has, by now, become so involved in subjective reporting to serve the liberal agenda and grab at every opportunity to foul anything relating to our history as a nation, that they are making fools of themselves.

With the passing if judge Ramon Leon (father of Tony Leon) who was known as the “hanging judge”, Mail and Guardian reported that he was the person who sentenced the terrorist Solomon Mahlangu to death.

This was of course incorrect. They had to retract their report.

Then they tried to cover it up by reporting that he was in fact the judge who refused Mahlangu’s appeal.

This was of course also incorrect. He had nothing to do with Mahlangu’s trial or execution.

But hey, why spoil a good story with facts? Particularly one in which you can dig up old apartheid bones to remind the terrorists of the day of how bravely the terrorists of yesterday “suffered”.

Then people want to know why we use the social media? Because the biased publications amongst mainstream media newspapers in SA is not useful for anything else than to cover the floor of the budgie’s cage.

Why do I suspect there is a journalist going freelance from tomorrow?
