As a sequel of high visibility by VISPOL members within all the Clusters in this Province following the arrest of 109 people for cases ranging from drunkenness to house breaking and theft within the Thohoyandou Cluster.
Along Thohoyandou main roads, 8 drivers were locked up and there were no fatal accident reported during Christmas holidays whereas Makuya VISPOL members set an example by arresting 4 suspects for being found in possession of dagga competing with Thohoyandou who top up by arresting 5 suspects for the similar offence.
Masisi members saved the lives of two goats which were stolen from the kraal after they intercepted suspects during the stop and search and the driver failed to produce relevant ownership documentary proof.
Other Cluster stations contributed by arresting suspects on public drinking, assaults, m.i. to property, robbery common, theft as well as house robberies.
The Cluster Commander Major General Rosina Mulaudzi applauded these dedicated Police officials who worked tirelessly for keeping Cluster safe and encouraged them to do the same for the duration of festive season.
