Update on Leboeng manhunt, Limpopo

The suspect in this matter handed himself over to the Police in Leboeng Police Station earlier Sunday evening.

It is alleged that the suspect who is a well known businessman in the area of Kgautswane shot a 44-year old man several times through his body last night and drove away and disappeared with his car.

The deceased was taken to the local Clinic and he was certified dead on arrival with multiple gun shot wounds through out his body.

After receiving a report, the Police immediately followed the suspect until his car was found abandoned along the R36 Road outside Burgersfort with flat tyres and he was no where to be found.

It is alleged the duo were arguing over soccer.

The suspect will appear before Malipsdrift Magistrate Court outside Burgersfort soon on a charge of murder.
Police investigations are still continuing.
