Two alleged poachers arrested on farm in Hoedspruit

The Police in Hoedspruit outside Phalaborwa have arrested two suspects aged 30 and 49 for the possession of an unlicensed hunting rifle and trespassing at Madrid farm near Hoedspruit.

The Police have received a tip off from members of the community about the suspects, who were en route to commit illegal poaching at that farm, reacted swiftly and arrested these suspects.

During the arrests, the following were recovered, one rifle, six rounds of live ammunition and an axe
