The South African Police Service in Makhado outside Thohoyandou has launched a massive manhunt for the suspects involved in the fatal shooting of the local Social Worker during an incident which occurred in a suburb of the Louis Trichardt town over the past weekend of 2 December 2018.
It is alleged 45 year old Muzila Thinavhuyo was shot and killed upon arriving at home. While she was parking her motor vehicle intending to enter in the house, unknown suspects emerged and shot her several times killing her instantly.
The Police were summoned to the crime scene and on arrival, the deceased was found lying dead with multiple gunshot wounds on her body and a manhunt ensued.
The motive behind this incident is not clear at this stage but the ongoing Police investigations will tell.
The Police have opened a case of murder. The suspects are still unknown and there is no arrest.
