The Intelligence led Joint operations composed of various Police Units, aimed at cracking various categories of serious crime syndicates as part of the operation festive season, continue to yield positive results.

In the Tzaneen Cluster, a 20 year old man was nabbed for a series of burglary businesses after he terrorized a number of areas in the Tzaneen and Modjadjiskloof Policing areas and during the arrest, a number of items including the cricket jersey were recovered.

This suspect was also linked to theft at SAPS garage in Tzaneen where SAPS vehicle parts were stolen.

Meanwhile in Makhado, three suspects, aged between 23 and 27 years, were arrested also for burglary businesses in the Waterval Policing area and during the arrest, the following items were recovered, 2 x cellphones, 3 x laptops and 1x lpad.

In the Burgersfort Cluster, a 27 year old suspect was arrested for murder and possession of unlicensed firearms and ammunition and the following were recovered, two 9 mm firearms with 13 rounds of ammunition, Dagga and 7 x cell phones.

The suspects will appear before the Tzaneen, Modjadjiskloof, Waterval and Burgersfort Magistrates Courts soon.
