The Police in Giyani are investigating a case of murder after a 33-year-old man was found shot to death at his home in Mageva Village on Christmas Eve.
The Police responded to the scene at about 20:00 on 24 December 2023 and found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The emergency medical services personnel also responded to the scene and pronounced the man dead.
Preliminary investigation indicated that the deceased was in the company of a certain woman whose identity is not yet known.
The detectives are busy with investigations to determine circumstances that led to the shooting ordeal. The deceased has been identified as 33-year-old, Jackie Zitha.
