The Police in Polokwane are investigating a case of missing persons, following the disappearance of 17-year-old Hasmare Graham of Hillside Leeukuil plot.
The girl allegedly was last seen on 28 August 2022 at the Provincial Hospital with her mother for medical attention.
The police and family have searched the possible place without any success.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is requested to contact investigating officer, Warrant Officer Peter Mangakeng on 082 728 9831 or Crime Stop on 08600 10111 or via MySAPS app.
