Joint intelligence driven operations that are up and running throughout this Province have produced positive results after 772 suspects aged between 18 and 69 were apprehended for various crimes.
The operations were conducted through road blocks, stop and searches, patrols, tracing of wanted suspects, etc. The operations were carried out by members attached to various police Units in all the Station precincts, Clusters including the Public Order Police Unit and the Tactical Response Team (TRT).
The Provincial Commissioner of the South African Police Service in Limpopo Lieutenant General Nneke Ledwaba has praised the men and women in blue for their dedication and commitment displayed during these operations.
The arrested suspects have already started appearing before different Magistrate Courts throughout the Province.
