Leboeng Police Launch Manhunt For Murder Suspect

Leboeng Police outside Burgersfort have launched a massive manhunt fora murder suspect who shot and killed a 44-year old man from Kgautswane village.

It is alleged that the suspect who is a well-known bussinessman in that area of Kgautswane shot the deceased several times last night and drove away and dissappeared with his car.

The deceased was taken to a local clinic where he was certified dead on arrival.

After receiving a report, the Police immediately followed the suspect until his car was found abandoned along the R36 Road outside Burgersfort with flat tyres and he was no where to be found.

The Police in Leboeng are calling upon Mr Guider Mamphoke to come to the Police Station in order to assist the Police with invetigations in this matter.

The motive behind this killing is still unknown but preliminary investigations have revealed that the duo were having a conflict over soccer players.

Police investigations are still continuing.
