A farm attack took place on 1 December 2022, at 20:30, on a smallholding in Musina, Vhembe district, in the Limpopo province of South Africa.

The owner, Cawood George (67), was in his home when five attackers invaded the property.

The attackers were armed with a firearm, a hammer, a panga and a knife.

The man was overpowered, assaulted and forced to open the safe. The attackers were demanding money, cell phones and firearms.

The home was ransacked and the safe opened.

Cash, one pistol, three riffles and his the owners bank card and car keys were taken.

The police in Musina are investigating but there have been no arrests.
