Late last night, on October 14, a local farm in the Vivo – Louis Trichardt area of Limpopo was targeted. However, a farm attack was prevented after a local worker warned a farmer of an impending attack.
The local farm watch remained ready for the attackers and successfully detained seven armed and dangerous men.
The farm watch brigade, tied up the suspects. Firearms and axes were found in their possession.
An unclear report of a stabbing surfaced but no further details are forthcoming at this stage.
The police were contacted and the seven suspects were arrested.
