A farm attack took place on 31 December 2021, at 01:00, on a smallholding in Groot valley, Naboomspruit, in the Limpopo province of South Africa. The farmer was woken by noises in his home, when he went to investigate he was confronted by two attackers who demanded money and firearms.
The attackers held up the victim and ransacked the home stealing a number of items including two generators and a grass cutter. During this time the victim heard other people and a vehicle outside the home.
After the attackers fled the farmer realised that the attacker’s accomplices had also stolen thirty three goats from the kraal.
The police are investigating but there have been no arrests.
