A farm attack took place on 8 october 2019, at 17:30 in Groblersdal, Limpopo province. Christof Kruger (70+) was attacked on a farm on the Dewagendrift road. He was attacked when he returned to the farm from town and was assaulted, tied up and robbed by three attackers.
Only at 19:15 did the elderly man manage to free himself and summon help on the radio. Alpha farm watch responded but the attackers had already fled the area. Mr Kruger suffered injuries and was attended to.
