A farm attack took place on Friday 24 September, at 23:10, on a farm between Rust de Winter and Hammanskraal, in the Limpopo Province of South Africa. An unknown number of attackers gained entry to the farmhouse. A noise alerted a woman and as she went to investigate she was confronted by one of the attackers who had a firearm.
The woman fled back to the bedroom and slammed the door shut.
The attacker then opened fire, shooting a number of rounds through the door, on the couple.
Miraculously all shots missed the couple who had taken cover.
The attackers then fled.
All role players responded but there have been no arrests.
