A farm attack took place on 30 January 2023, between 22:00 and 00:00, at Hamburg farm, in Linton, in the Limpopo province of South Africa.
Five armed attackers, of which at least two were armed, overpowered and shot two farm workers.
One worker was shot in the stomach and the other one in the foot.
Two of the attackers were injured during the altercation with the employees on the farm.
The suspects fled with the employees cellphones and the farmer’s TV. The farmer does not reside on the property.
All necessary role players including local farm watch members responded.
The worker that was shot in the stomach was rushed to the hospital and is now in a stable condition.
Police are investigating the attack but there have been no arrests.
