The dog of residents Kallie and Janette Burger was shot on the porch of their residence on 16 Junie 2023, at 17:25.
The incident took place on a smallholding in the Southdown farming area outside Louis Trichardt, in the Limpopo province of South Africa.
After the alarm was raised all role-players responded and the scene was handled as a farm attack.
The elderly couple were not injured, but in shock.
The attacker, enter the home, then fled the scene.
Police were on scene and investigating an attempted murder and attempted house robbery.
