Heritage Protection Group (HPG) received information of a planned robbery at Foodzone Thabazimbi. The robbery was planned to take place when the business opened on 12 January 2019. The suspects vehicle was monitored and four suspects arrested by HPG and SAPS.
A gas pistol, balaclavas, cable ties and cell phone, along with the vehicle were confiscated. The investigation continues.
