A 29-year-old male driver of a grey Audi Q5 SUV has been arrested for traveling at the speed of 213km/h in a 120 zone.
The speedster was nabbed earlier today on the N1 highway near Mokopane, in Waterberg District. He is scheduled to appear before the Magistrate’s court on Wednesday, 27 December 2023.
Speeding constitutes reckless driving, which is a criminal offense. This arrest serves as a warning to other reckless drivers, that such behavior will not be tolerated.
