PHALABORWA — A 16-year-old suspect has been arrested in Namakgale in connection with the alleged rape of his two younger siblings, a 12-year-old girl and an 8-year-old boy. The Phalaborwa Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences (FCS) Unit confirmed the detention, which followed a community-led apprehension and a formal report by the victims’ mother.
