A woman has been found dead at a flat in Orient Hills a short while ago.
Unconfirmed reports allege that she was murdered by a man known to her. Speculation is rife that it was a case of fatal domestic violence.
It is believed that the suspect is on the run. Police members from Isipingo SAPS responded to the scene. It is alleged that a search for the runaway suspect is underway.
