This afternoon paramedics raced to 151 South Coast Road in Durban for a shooting incident.
Exact detail to the cause of the shooting is still speculative and will form part of the police investigation.
Paramedics arrived at the scene and found a female in her late twenties lying on the ground with life threatening injuries.
After medics examined the female it was found that she tragically died due to the extensive injuries that she sustained.
