On 18 september 2018, it was reported that KZN vip response teams where alerted to a possible house robbery in progress in the Whetstone area.
KZN vip response officers were dispatched to Highstone, in Whetstone where a pregnant female was in her home when an unknown African male suspect was attempting to gain entry by removing the window frame.
Quick response from neighbours led to the arrest of the suspect, who then admitted to the crime.
The suspect was handed over to the relevant authorities.
