A man, believed to be in his 40s, was left critically injured this afternoon following a shooting incident in the Warwick Triangle in Durban CBD.
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene at approximately 16h20, finding the local authorities surrounding the patient.
Paramedics assessed the man and found that he had sustained a gunshot wound to his arm and abdomen leaving him in a critical condition.
The man was treated for his injuries and provided with advanced life support interventions.
Once treated, the man was transported to a provincial hospital for urgent treatment.
