A man was seriously injured after he was stabbed in the head during a robbery in Phoenix – KZN on Thursday evening 14 May 2020.
At approximately 18:31 members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) were called out to the scene by a female after the victim approached her for assistance. On arrival the man was found lying on the ground. He had sustained a stab wound to the side of his head.
It is believed that he was the victim of a robbery. Reactions Officers were unable to obtain further information regarding the incident due to the victim being unresponsive.
He was transported by ambulance to a Provincial Hospital.
