Last night MedEvac responded to an emergency call from NSRI Port Edward
It is believed that a vehicle travelling to Port Edward from the Eastern Cape came under fire. They managed to get to Port Edward Police Station where NSRI members were called to assist. The occupants who had sustained gunshot wounds were stabilized and upon arrival our team took over the patient care before transporting the patients to an appropriate medical facility for further treatment.
We commend the swift action of the responders and extend our thoughts to those affected.
