In a high-risk operation conducted in Ntuzuma, EThekwini Municipality, two dangerous suspects, wanted for a series of murders and armed robberies, were shot dead after a confrontation with KZN police.
One of the suspects was linked to the attempted murder of a police officer earlier this year, in which the officer was shot in the face.
The operation, led by the SAPS, included support from Durban Metro Police Service Special Operations, Fidelity SIU, Hawks Protection Services, and Magma Security & Investigations.
Two firearms were recovered at the scene, and efforts are underway to locate other members of this gang.
The police remain committed to bringing all perpetrators to justice….
