Upon searching the said vehicle, they found an unlicensed revolver with seven rounds of ammunition. A 19-year-old suspect was then placed under arrest after he claimed that the firearm was his. The team proceeded to Inanda Newtown A where another vehicle was stopped.

A search was conducted and the driver was found in possession of an unlicensed revolver with six rounds of ammunition. A 38-year-old suspect was placed under arrest for possession of unlicensed firearm and ammunition.

Both suspects appeared in the Ntuzuma Magistrates Court.
