Members of Reaction Unit South Africa are currently searching for a 44 year old Pakistani national who attempted to rape his 22 year old stepdaughter at their home in the Chubbies Garage area in Verulam this morning Tuesday 25 September 2018.
At approximately 06:39 Reaction Officers were dispatched to the residence after receiving a call from the victim’s mother requesting assistance. Upon arrival it was established that the suspect and his wife are currently separated. Since their separation he lived in an outbuilding on the property.
This morning he entered the main building under the pretext of using the toilet. He then entered his stepdaughter’s bedroom and began to fondle her while she was asleep.
The victim woke up and began screaming for help when her mother went to her assistance. The suspect then fled from the property in his white Renault Sandero with registration NJ 76830.
According to the victim it was the second time that her stepfather attempted to rape her. When she was 5 years old she experienced a similar situation with him.
