A security guard believed to be in his Thirties has been shot and killed in Grey Street around 12 pm on 7 February 2018.
Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene around 12 pm to find SAPS in attendance. A security guard had sustained gunshot wounds to his upper body. He was assessed by Paramedics however there was nothing more they could do for the man and he was declared deceased on the scene.
At this stage, the events leading up to the shooting are unknown however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.
