The Pinetown Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit appeals to anyone who may know the whereabouts of Zwelithini Zuma. Zuma was arrested by the police in September 2018 for two counts of rape where he had raped a 9 year old girl and a 10 year old boy from Inchanga.
He appeared before the Pinetown Magistrate Court and he was released on bail and he was due to appear before court on 25 September 2018 but he absconded.
Further police investigation linked him to least six more cases which took place in Mariannhill, KwaNdengezi and Mpumalanga areas dating back to 2016.
A warrant of his arrest has been issued. Anyone who may assist the police may contact Warrant Officer Dennis Khumalo on 073 271 1930 or Crime Stop 086 001 0111.
