Robinson Ofolle (41) appeared in the Ramsgate Magistrate’s Court on 17 January 2022, for possession of drugs. He was remanded in custody until 19 January 2022.
On 14 January 2022, an operation was conducted by police officers from the Durban Project Team in the Margate policing area.
The team received information about a man who had drugs at his house. The team proceeded to Montrose Drive in Margate where a search was conducted. Upon searching the house, police found three bags that contained cocaine.
The recovered drugs have an estimated street value of R350 000-00.
The 41-year-old man was placed under arrest for possession of drugs.
