It has come to light that the Department of Health in Natal has wasted more than R100 million on tenders for buses that would have been used as mobile clinics.
The buses could never get on the road because they were unroadworthy an the cost of the required license fees rose to R750 000.
The fraud has already taken place since 2015 and to date no one has been held accountable.
