ROBBERY – An Isipingo Hills property is being targeted by lurking suspects and the owner who shares the premises with others says they have been hit three times in the past week.

The security officer was called out to the property and informed by an occupant that a vehicle had been broken into at around 2am on Thursday morning.

The unknown number of suspects fled with the car audio system.

An Alpha Alarms officer had previously nabbed a fleeing suspect who was spotted trespassing on the same property.

The homeowner had declined to press charges.

Alpha security officers have been patrolling in the Isipingo Hills area and urge homeowners to be vigilant and ensure that their alarm systems are in working order and activated when they leave.

Suspects are prowling the streets looking to steal whatever they can for a quick buck.

Stay-at-home residents are urged to keep all doors and gates locked especially when going out to do gardening or hang up laundry.

Suspicious persons must be reported to your security service provider or the police on 031-9133410.
